Function details:

Updating the list of good article nominations at User:RFC bot/Sandbox 2 until there is consensus to have it update the list at Wikipedia:Good article nominations.
Updating the individual topic lists, found at Wikipedia:Good article nominations/Topic lists. Topic lists are like specialized GAN lists which can be added to watchlists in lieu of watching the entire list.
When a Good Article review subpage is created, the bot transcludes that review onto the article's talk page per accepted practice.
