Is this request just for that specific newsletter, or ongoing newsletter delivery? i.e. you would like to deliver other newsletters on-demand without having to be re-approved. Also is this a standard pywikipedia script, or one that you have written yourself? --Chris 14:21, 2 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not sure, although I'm guessing it might have been an API error. The edit supposedly failed and automatically retried, until intervened, at which point the bot still hadn't been aware of it's edit. I've also submitted a bug for pywikipedia rewrite (I could always chose to use trunk if the problem recurs, or use threading to check for the edit, though this may not be necessary).
