Discussion

There are 1156 images in Category:Publicity photographs with missing fair-use rationale that use both templates. I've put up a list of them at tools:~erwin85/dbq/fairuse.txt. I suggest that you use that or, if you have access to the toolserver yourself, make your bot use the database.
