Function overview: As part of centralising bots, this task is just a copy of Wikipedia:Bots/Requests for approval/Xphoisbot — if/when approved, the bot flag can be removed from Xphoisbot and it will be retired.

Function details: The bot, when manually run, scans all of the editors listed in the subcategories of Category:Wikipedia usernames with possible policy issues and checks to see if they have an active indef block. If they do, the bot will remove the category from their user page. (The  bit)
