Genghis Khan- Look at all those tags! Copyedit, geographic limitation, conform to International Phonetic Alphabet, better lead. --Dmcdevit 06:36, 23 Apr 2005 (UTC)
Well I reorganized it a bit...did some editing. I also spun off the Military advances of Khan into a separate article. But I have no clue how to convert it into the International Phonetic Alphabet. So I'm going to hand it to someone else for that. --Woohookitty 22:59, 25 Apr 2005 (UTC)
Placed on SteveW's desk. Khan's name needs to be translated into the International Phonetic Alphabet and I'm guessing Steve has more of a clue about it than I do. --Woohookitty 23:04, 25 Apr 2005 (UTC)
Thanks for the confidence in me, but while I can read IPA my knowledge of writing it is somewhat lacking... The non-standard pronunciation guide for this article appears to be of the Mongolian, so I'm not actually sure what sounds it is supposed to represent. I've put a note on this on Talk:International Phonetic Alphabet in the hopes that one of the regular contributors to that article might help. SteveW | Talk 13:37, 30 Apr 2005 (UTC)
