I am an OTRS volunteer and longtime Wikimedian with several years experience helping other editors. I sometimes seek out these "people in need" by patrolling Newbies' contributions page and observing their edits. Myself, I'm most interested in content creation on the various projects, but if I am not doing that you'll find me copy-editing existing pages.
