Wikipedia:Community feature requests/Add a "Notes" field for Watchlist entries
- Problem: It is easy to lose track of why an item is on your watchlist
- Proposed solution: Add an optional private "Notes" field for each entry. It could pop up after you watch the article or you could add a note later
- Who would benefit: Particularly content monitors on Commons, Wikipedia and Wiktionary
