Wikipedia:Even a stopped clock is right twice a day
This is an essay. It contains the advice or opinions of one or more Wikipedia contributors. This page is not an encyclopedia article, nor is it one of Wikipedia's policies or guidelines, as it has not been thoroughly vetted by the community. Some essays represent widespread norms; others only represent minority viewpoints. |
A common way contributions get reverted and pages deleted is that they come from a blocked or banned user. Specifically WP:G5. But, in this editor's opinion, we shouldn't treat G5 as a mandatory criterion, because I've seen reasonable contributions be nominated for precisely that. After all, even a banned contributor's positive edits are still positive edits.
