I have recently worked really hard on bringing this list up to scratch, including updating its contents, a more accessible format, clearer referencing and high quality, non speculative content.   • Thanks SNUGGUMS. I do slightly disagree on the "singles-centric" comment - it is frankly a matter of fact that Scherzinger has been releasing music as a solo artist for 10 years with two albums under her belt and lots of singles that either feature on other artists' albums or don't belong to an album at all. I cannot change that - I agree colouring the singles does highlight them but that seems to be the preferred format for these types of list. ≫ Lil-Unique1 -{ Talk }- 10:29, 22 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • For what it's worth, I've previously seen "List of songs recorded by _______" pages both with and without markings of single releases. Not sure why other people put such emphasis on that status. On another note, "ill-fated" might not be the best tone for the "Eden's Crush" group. SNUGGUMS (talk / edits) 13:14, 22 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

  • Photo captions which are complete sentences (i.e. most of them) should end with a full stop
  • One of the image captions says "(pictured)" - there's no need for that
  • "She came into prominence" => "She came to prominence"
  • "she began distributing demo CD" => "she began distributing demo CDs"
  • "in hopes for a solo deal" => "in hopes of a solo deal"
  • "In 2003 through auditioning, Scherzinger was cast" => "In 2003 Scherzinger auditioned for and was cast"
  • "a burlesque troupe turned-recording music group" - no need for that hyphen
  • "working on her own solo album titled, Her Name Is Nicole, which" - no need for the first of those two commas
  • "focus on The Pussycat Dolls second studio album" => "focus on the Pussycat Dolls' second studio album"
  • "Doll Domination (2008) included songs like, "Happily Never After"" - no need for that comma
  • "Scherzinger was asked to re-write and make a pop version" - "make" is an odd word here, what was she actually asked to do, exactly?
  • I would also clarify what Jai Ho was i.e. a song from the film Slumdog Millionaire
  • "Nicole Scherzinger was credited as a featured artist" - no need to restate her entire name
  • "for long-awaited debut studio album" => "for her long-awaited debut studio album"
  • "The second single, "Don't Hold Your Breath" was written" => "The second single, "Don't Hold Your Breath", was written"
  • "reached number one on the UK Singles Chart" => "it reached number one on the UK Singles Chart"

  • I've never seen a "list of songs recorded by...." article that had columns for "Release" and "Parent project" (and a glaringly bright gold colour used in the former - note also that using just colour to indicate something is a failure of MOS:ACCESS). By far the standard format is the one used by List of songs recorded by Dua Lipa, with a column for "album" and then songs which were singles highlighted in the title column.
  • Some issues with the sorting in the table - anything that starts with "The" or "A" should sort based on the next word
  • I would suggest that unreleased songs should be in a separate table. They also shouldn't list an album, as they aren't on an album by definition.
  • "Italin singer-songwriter Eros Ramazzotti collaborated with Scherzinger his song "Fino all'estasi" and it's Spanish version "Hasta el Éxtasis"" - two spelling errors and one grammar error in this caption. It should be "Italian singer-songwriter Eros Ramazzotti collaborated with Scherzinger on his song "Fino all'estasi" and its Spanish version "Hasta el Éxtasis""
  • "The Rudi Wells remix of Scherzinger and Enrique Iglesias's single "Heartbeat", appears on her debut album Killer Love" - no need for comma after the title
  • "all originally recorded by Scherzinger for her first debut album Here Name Is Nicole" - album title is spelt wrong
  • Some of the notes need a full stop
  • ""Peep Show" was recorded for the US release of Scherzinger's debut album Killer Love, both the song and album's US version when unreleased" => ""Peep Show" was recorded for the US release of Scherzinger's debut album Killer Love; both the song and the album's US version remain unreleased"
  • There are three entries where the "release" is simply "song" and one for "standalone song". If they weren't on an album but also weren't singles, how were they released? Or are they actually unreleased songs?
  • Has she genuinely recorded two different songs called "Feels So Good"?

  • "in hopes for a solo deal" => "in hopes of a solo deal" (I flagged this above but it hasn't been changed)
  • "which was due to release in 2007" => "which was due to be released in 2007"
  • Slumdog Millionaire is not a Bollywood film
  • "The second single, "Don't Hold Your Breath", was written was written" - last two words repeated
  • Tricky Stewart is mentioned three times in the lead, twice without his real first name but once with - be consistent. Also, the second and third mentions of him are wikilinked but not the first - the first (and only the first) should be linked
  • Talking of Stewart, his first name is spelt incorrectly in his photo caption
  • Mohombi featuring Nicole Scherzinger) - there is a closing bracket but no opening bracket. This occurs a few times..........
  • In the album column, any title starting with "A" or "The" should sort based on the next word
  • "Heartbeat" and ""Heartbeat" (Rudi Wells Open Heart Remix)" are not different songs, so should only be listed once. The fact that the orignal and remix appeared on different albums can be covered by a footnote
  • "Cover of the same song" => "Cover of the song" - the word "same" is redundant, as it can't be a cover of a different song......

  • What's the approach on relinking in the refs? Some things are linked each time, some just first time round. Be consistent.
  • Ref 58 showing as permadead.
