- Oppose (possibly fixable): Lots of chromatic fringing in the sky. The better-lit areas don't have that problem, so it should be possible to edit it. (This sort of fix does not come up in historic media work, so I'll leave it to those with more experience with modern photos). Adam Cuerden (talk) 01:50, 17 July 2010 (UTC)
- I think what you mean is more commonly called noise, it shows up most noticeably in areas of even color, like the black sky. Since the metadata was striped we don't know, but I suspect the ISO setting was fairly high since it was a night shot, thus increasing the noise. It would need to be "de-noised" is the proper term Tony to bring it up at the GL. — raeky (talk | edits) 02:18, 17 July 2010 (UTC)
- Oppose for now - Will support if image is fixed per Adam Cuerden. -- Jack?! 03:07, 17 July 2010 (UTC)
- Oppose. I don't think a night photo works for this subject. The street lighting makes it look a bit bland and dull. And the image quality isn't great, the centre is reasonably sharp but the edges are distorted and soft. Ðiliff «» (Talk) 09:43, 17 July 2010 (UTC)
- Gotta disagree, I think this nocturnal shot seems more dramatic. --I′d※<3※Ɵɲɛ (talk) 17:56, 19 July 2010 (UTC)
- Mh yeah, please close this per authors request. I have long since reshot. Also at night unfortunately, but not yet uploaded. --Dschwen 12:23, 17 July 2010 (UTC)
