Clyde River at Nelligen, NSW

Original - Nelligen, NSW viewed across the Clyde River in the early morning mist; to the right is the Kings Highway road bridge at the location of a former punt service

Reason: An attractive atmospheric shot of this town and river. I tried to get a balance as the mist lifted between the added visual appeal of the mist, and having it lifted enough to allow the town to be sufficiently seen for EV. If I was just using this as a pretty photo I would take out the road bridge at right, but included that for EV as well. I think it all works pretty well, but will leave up to others to make a call...

  - no probs... I love this country - i kinda see it as my spiritual home in a way as I felt so at home while I was there - to a certain extent more than I do in my actual home!     - I live about 600kms away from here, so I guess in Aust terms you could say I'm relatively local ;-). I was literally just passing through, heading from Batemans Bay to Canberra, and saw the photo op. --jjron (talk) 11:16, 11 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
