Original – John Milton Brannan was a career United States Army artillery officer who served in the Mexican–American War and the American Civil War. Most notably, he served as a division commander of the Union XIV Corps at the Battle of Chickamauga.

Reason

Think this was just nominated at a bad time before - Passed Commons unanimously, and I think it's a great restoration
