I am not sure why the EV is low. EV of this image is that its the lead image of the article, even though its a stub. EV is usually calculated in terms of the image's EV in the article, not on the size of the article. The Herald (Benison) (talk) 20:32, 12 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
One reason for FPs on the main page is to entice viewers to read the article. In this case, it would be a great disappointment. Thus, IMHO, low EV. --Janke | Talk 21:16, 12 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose - loses EV due to the wide field of view. Yes, the stub article concern matters here - I can't easily tell where the nebula ends. Does it include the two regions to the left of the main nebula? There are also (brown) dust clouds throughout the image. MER-C 08:29, 13 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
