Original – Edwin Lutyens' design for the permanent version of The Cenotaph

Reason: A nice bit of design work. I think I can fairly firmly say this was the final form, given this illustration of the Cenotaph, published in the Illustrated London News November 13 1920, page 769, states it's based on Lutyen's design work, and follows the flag folding (They're cloth flags, so are drawn differently in different sketches) exactly. Given that was published two days after the unveiling, we can be confident this was the final design.

As for restoration, I've tried to be conservative, largely trying to remove stains on the paper.
