Ineligible. The license is invalid. It is CC-BY-NC-SA-2.0, which isn't allowed on WP because it doesn't allow for commercial use. You may want to consider asking the creator to release it under {{CC-BY-SA-2.0}} or {{CC-BY-SA-2.5}}.
