Original – A small Utricularia quelchii, a carnivorous plant endemic to the Guyana Highland region of Guyana and Venezuela, lying at the summit of Mount Roraima.

Reason: The best free image available of the Utricularia quelchii, taken at the summit of Mount Roraima by Paolo Costa Baldi. It is of a great quality and holds a good encyclopedic value.

Oppose looks good in the thumbnail but there's a bit of motion blur on the flower and noise. As a side-note, I'd prefer a picture taken upwards towards the flower --Muhammad(talk) 06:34, 18 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
