A family of eurypterids, one of the most diverse, numerous and longest lasting of them. I'm not sure what to do with the genus Unionopterus (also a GA), which may or may not belong to this clade. Super Ψ Dro 12:24, 25 June 2019 (UTC)

- Support: As the author of Adelophthalmus and reviewer of Bassipterus, Nanahughmilleria, Parahughmilleria and Pittsfordipterus I think the Adelophthalmid eurypterids are pretty well covered on Wikipedia, certainly better than in any other easily accessible encyclopedia.
