Updating to include the most recent Category 5 (Patricia) and removing a storm that was downgraded to Category 4 (1959). Both are GAs so the ratio of GA/FA doesn't change and the topic can retain Featured status. ~ Cyclonebiskit (chat) 21:27, 10 March 2016 (UTC)
