The other photo currently being used on Trieste kelly Dunn wikipedia page is over ten years old. Current photo is more relevant and accurate depiction of this person.
Not done The source site contains a copyright notice, and the image is available variously online. There is therefore no reason to think that the image is in the public domain, or that you are able to license it as the author. As an image of a living person, the image fails WP:NFCC #1 and cannot be used as non-free content. TimothyJosephWood10:34, 1 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Non-free media information and use rationale – non-free logo true– WARNING: LUX_Med does not appear to exist!
Check capitalization. Enter only the exact title of a single article with no [[link brackets]] or other formatting. It is also possible the indicated article was deleted.
The logo is of a size and resolution sufficient to maintain the quality intended by the company or organization, without being unnecessarily high resolution.
The image is used to identify the brand LUX_Med, a subject of public interest. The significance of the logo is to help the reader identify the brand, assure the readers that they have reached the right article containing critical commentary about the brand, and illustrate the nature of the brand in a way that words alone could not convey.
Because it is a non-free logo, there is almost certainly no free representation. Any substitute that is not a derivative work would fail to convey the meaning intended, would tarnish or misrepresent its image, or would fail its purpose of identification or commentary.
Use of the logo in the article complies with Wikipedia non-free content policy, logo guidelines, and fair use under United States copyright law as described above.
Fair useFair use of copyrighted material in the context of LUX_Med//en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Files_for_upload/August_2017true
With the digital rendering and effects, as well as the relative complexity of the woven logo, and the apparent originality of the font, this may pass Commons:TOO, and is possibly unusable as a free version, and therefore unusable as a free version.
The article appears to be a draft, and not a published article. Non-free content may only be used on published article. You may file an additional request once the draft has been accepted and published. TimothyJosephWood10:56, 1 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Not done - The team's official website appears to currently use at least two logos, the one currently used on the Wikipedia article, and another shield-like logo in the upper right corner. It does not however appear to use the logo linked to in the request. TimothyJosephWood15:18, 25 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
License: Fair use. This is a logo of an educational establishment, and is protected by copyright. It is believed that the use of low-resolution images on the English-language Wikipedia, hosted on servers in the United States by the non-profit Wikimedia Foundation, of logos for certain uses involving identification and critical commentary may qualify as fair use under the Copyright law of the United States.
The image is to be placed in the infobox at the top of the article discussing Borden Grammar School, a subject of public interest. The significance of the logo is to help the reader identify the organization, assure the readers that they have reached the right article containing critical commentary about the organization, and illustrate the organization's intended branding message in a way that words alone could not convey.

Not done For the purposes of Wikipedia, "created and made available as a public service" is not the same as being in the public domain, which is a specific legal term. If you wish, you may contact the department and request that they amend the disclaimer on their website to indicate explicitly that the content is released into the public domain, or you may direct them to otherwise license the content appropriately by following the instructions at WP:CONSENT. The entire cover: because the image is cover art, a form of product packaging, the entire image is needed to identify the product, properly convey the meaning and branding intended, and avoid tarnishing or misrepresenting the image.
The copy is of sufficient resolution for commentary and identification but lower resolution than the original cover. Copies made from it will be of inferior quality, unsuitable as artwork on pirate versions or other uses that would compete with the commercial purpose of the original artwork.
Main infobox. The image is used for identification in the context of critical commentary of the work for which it serves as cover art. It makes a significant contribution to the user's understanding of the article, which could not practically be conveyed by words alone. The image is placed in the infobox at the top of the article discussing the work, to show the primary visual image associated with the work, and to help the user quickly identify the work and know they have found what they are looking for. Use for this purpose does not compete with the purposes of the original artwork, namely the artist's providing graphic design services to music concerns and in turn marketing music to the public.
As musical cover art, the image is not replaceable by free content; any other image that shows the packaging of the music would also be copyrighted, and any version that is not true to the original would be inadequate for identification or commentary.

Description: This logo was released for a major upcoming rollercoaster, and was not licensed under CC or other licensing agreement. However, the use of the work qualifies as fair use on Wikipedia under US law because the logo will be used solely for identification purposes, and because the logo was released for commercial redistribution by various news and enthusiast outlets, such as the one from which the image would be acquired.
Not done - Please see Commons:SS. Screenshots of copyrighted software are covered under the copyrights for the software unless the software itself is licensed for public use, which this does not appear to be. Additionally, because it appears to be fairly generic in nature, it does not appear to satisfy WP:NFCC #8. TimothyJosephWood14:09, 21 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
