This page is for media requests related to the collection of the Archives of American Art. We will do our best to meet your needs! Martha Burchfield RichtereditAre there any articles or interviews available for use from the Smithsonian Archives of American Art? I have a clipbook from when she was alive, but am having trouble identifying which newspapers some of them came from. I'm also willing to share the digital files I have with the museum if interested. Many of the newspapers in Buffalo, New York from the 1940s-1960s have since gone out of business but the rights protections are still in place. Thank you for your help! To do a proper article I'd need access to two or three clippings that provide the basics of a biography, and I'd really like at least two images of work (one embroidery and one applique, if you have them). - PKM (talk) 20:10, 7 June 2011 (UTC)
Hi PKM! Bristow's content is available my microfilm and if you wish to spend some time at a microfilm reader you can request that they be loaned to your local library! Visit our interlibrary loan page for more information and let me know if you decide to go about borrowing them. I see the designs were licensed, so I am not sure whether we can use these images. - PKM (talk) 17:22, 10 July 2011 (UTC)
