Like all projects, we need volunteers interested in a range of tasks, whether it is larger scale projects like research and article work, or smaller tasks like tagging and categorising. If you have any special skills, like programming, proficiency with templates, digital image expertise, please note it when you sign up. Tasks To-do High-level need Add images to articles using the Images from Herbert Art Gallery and Museum category. Please help disperse these valuable images that have been donated by the museum. They should be added to articles in any language that are related to the image. Categorise images in the Images from Herbert Art Gallery and Museum category on Commons. Images are in need of being more accurately categorised in order to make them more searchable within Commons. Translate into any language all articles in Template:Herbert Art Gallery and Museum. Moderate-level need Categorise images in the Herbert Art Gallery and Museum category on Commons. This category is more general than the "Images from..." category listed above, and includes an assortment of images that are not part of the official museum donation, making it a lesser need. Translate descriptions of images in the Images from Herbert Art Gallery and Museum category on Commons. Add the translation template {{es|}} (for Spanish), {{de|}} (for German), etc., into the Description field of the template, and translate the description from English in order to make it easier to categorize and use for non-English speakers. The British Newspaper Archive has recently digitised some Coventry newspapers which are available online. Credits must be purchased to access the full article but the index can be used free of charge. You can use the keyword search to get the date an article appeared in the newspaper and then use the History Centre's microfilms to locate the article.
