The first four months of the Residency will be spent as a secondment to Glasgow Museums, likely to be focussing on material and collections connected to the Kelvin Hall refurbishment project. If you'd like to get involved, please drop the Wikimedian-in-Residence a line on the Discussion page.

In the first four months of the Residency, the Wikimedian-in-Residence will be seconded to Glasgow Museums. The starting point for the project will be the collections connected with Kelvin Hall, which is currently undergoing renovation.
The Wikipedian will run a series of in-house training events for curators and staff. Glasgow Museums will use the residency as a ‘kick start’ for generating curators' enthusiasm and understanding, with the view for further work in the area in the future; particularly around the Kelvin Hall project.
