MrJones created the rubrics for Structure of the Draft EU Constitution: I read through the draft Constitution last night (!). I think this article can well develop into a worthy 'annotated' version of the Constitution with links to the Treaties and other important terminologies, etc., and can become very useful in terms of voter education when (for example) the UK referendum on EU constitution comes up. -- Kaihsu 15:16, 2004 May 12 (UTC)
