Wikibooks is an open-source wiki-based Wikimedia project hosted by the Wikimedia Foundation for the creation of free content digital textbooks and annotated texts that anyone can edit. As of November 2024, Wikibooks book modules have been created in 121 editions, with 77 currently active and 44 closed.[1]
This is a table of detailed statistics of Wikibooks's.
These statistics cover a range of metrics, such as book module counts, total page numbers, user accounts, and more.
Notes
edit- The "total pages" column refers to the number of pages in all namespaces, including both book modules and non-book modules (user pages, files, talk pages, "project" pages, categories, redirects, and templates).
- "Users" refers to the number of user accounts, regardless of current activity – not the number of people or devices using (accessing) Wikibooks.
- "Active users" are registered users who have made at least one edit in the last thirty days.
- "Files" is the number of locally uploaded files.
- The statistics are derived from API:Siteinfo on MediaWiki and updated at Data:Wikipedia statistics/data.tab on Commons every six hours, and are displayed with
