A: Requests - enhancements

Turn on RevisionDelete for English Wikipedia (bug #21165 from 20 October 2009). Discussion. See also T20780 (RevDelete for all WMF admins) and blocking issue T23279 (revdelete breaks diff links etc).
Install the PovWatch extension on English Wikipedia (bug 20523). Discussion.
bug 21318, from 27 October 2009, requests a switch to permit MediaWiki:Welcomecreation to be turned off, with new users being directed to their user talk page instead; and a new message, MediaWiki:Welcomecreation2 be created, which would be displayed on the user talk page of new users until they dismiss it (discussion).
Add a link like Special:Contributions has (MediaWiki:Sp-contributions-explain), to Special:Search. bug 21391 of 2 November 2009.
Proposal for a talkspace-specific sitenotice - T22458 of 1 Sep 2009. Discussion.
Turn on the Flagged Revisions extension. Wikipedia:Flagged revisions petition | talk page.

Fix problems with old revision histories noted at bug 20757 (from 21 September 2009).
Bug 323 ("Phase I and II usernames with underscores and initial lower-case letters break the system." - 3 March 2004) also needs attention.
bug 4745 from 24 January 2006 - "Section edit conflict expands edit box to entire article"
