What, Where, When, and How?

Where in Wrigley Square?

edit

We are sitting in the middle of the grass in front of the fountain. No sign, but it shouldn't be hard to see us.

Possible

edit
  • I will be in Chicago that day. I would really like to atend if it is possible to spend at least two houurs threre and still catcth an Amtrak train by 5. Some local advise on the best public transtit route from Union Station would be helpful.-BirgitteSB 12:36, 24 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
    • It's about a 1.5 mile walk; or you can walk from Union station up to Monroe and Canal, take the 56 bus east to Monroe & Wabash, and walk to the park from there, which cuts it down to maybe half a mile of walking. --Orange Mike | Talk 13:59, 24 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Nope, but let me know about future Wikipedia Meetups around Chicago

How can I help?

edit
  • Whether or not you can come, you can still encourage other available people to attend.
  • If you're driving and can offer a ride, please say so.

Attendance

edit

We had eight attendees that arrived before 3:30 when the park security closed down Wrigley Square and forced us to move to Jay Pritzker Pavilion.--TonyTheTiger (T/C/BIO/WP:CHICAGO/WP:FOUR) 23:10, 25 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
