NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual Convention of Wikimedia Philippines will be held on Saturday, 15 May 2010 at 1:30 p.m. at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, City of Manila.
The Agenda of the Meeting is as follows:
- Proof of the presence of quorum
- Reading and approval of the Minutes of the Meeting of the Board of Trustees last May 1, 2010
- Unfinished business
- Report of the President
- Ratification of Act and Proceedings of the Board of Trustees and Corporate Officers
- Election of the Officers
- New Business
- Other Matters
- Adjournment
Should you be unable to attend the meeting, you may want to execute a proxy in favor of a representative. For your convenience in registering your attendance, please present some form of identification, such as passport, driver's license, or company I.D. Registration will start at 1:00 P.M. and the registration booths will be closed at 1:30 P.M.
