As for the choice of links, what I am trying to suggest is that if you start a requested article and develop it according to the policies, it might make it through WP:FAR.   • Oppose - I really like it, but I think it needs a tiny bit of tweaking. This hypothetical article that you are talking about is apparently worthy of deletion. The way that you have set the links, it loks like the options are nominate it for deletion or work on it until it is undeleted.
