2017 NHL expansion draft

Hoping to take this article to GA, but I'm not sure what still needs to be done to get it there. It certainly doesn't feel like it's ready, and IMO lacks enough prose, but I'm not sure how it can realistically be expanded beyond what it's currently at. Regarding the prose length, if you are not able to find additional information about the draft then more information is not necessary. If there are additional sources that can be used, I suggest using them. I do feel that the lede is too short and should be expanded upon, probably to about two paragraphs.
