This article needs a substantial re-write to bring the article into alignment into Wikipedia:Neutral point of view policy by an expert in the subject of disability rights. There has been continued conflict and disagreement about what was written ever since it was included into Wikipedia. There needs to be more verifiable sources as well included in the article.
