Wikipedia:Peer review/Royal National Institute of Blind People/archive1

I've listed this article for peer review because it's undergone a lot of editing lateley including the copying and pasting of text from the organisation's about us page into the lead, the addition of primary sources used to verify coatracky information, section headings that resemble a brochure, removal of reliably sourced information and the addition of text that is not congruent with WP's encyclopaedic tone outlined in the manual of style including pleonasms and overtly promotional text like; "RNIB also seeks to increase awareness of the day-to-day experiences of people who are blind or partially sighted and campaigns for UK society to become more accessible to them."

There is probably a B-class article in here somewhere but the article's current trajectory is below Start-class quality.

User:Black Kite, is this Peer review request still current, given that its instigator has been blocked from editing the article in question? Headhitter (talk) 15:01, 25 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I would think not. I'm closing it procedurally. ~~ AirshipJungleman29 (talk) 00:06, 26 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
