As my first major contribution, I'd like some feedback on the contents, style, organization, etc. I'd also be thankful to any native english speaker who could proofread the article and, if needed, make any suggestions to improve its wording and/or vocabulary. Since it deals with a so-called paranormal phenomena, I've tried to keep as objective as possible and focus mainly on the sociological and cultural aspects of the subject, which are in my opinion much more relevant than whether or not this "creature" ever existed. - Shauri 14:23, 14 Mar 2005 (UTC)
- The images with this article need appropriate attribution (The image description page needs to be updated with the image source and copyright status of the image from the list at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags). Due to the age of the images, I suspect they are all public domain. Without knowing the specific url they came from however, I can not be sure. --Allen3 17:11, Mar 17, 2005 (UTC)
- Thanks for pointing that out, Allen, you're absolutely right. All the images have now its proper copyright status and source(s) detailed at their description pages. You're right also in assuming their public domain status (they're all over 100 years old, and they are available at multiple websites). This can be checked at the mentioned url's. Thanks! -- Shauri 22:27, 17 Mar 2005 (UTC)
