Wikipedia:Random jury bot

Random Jury Bot is a proposal to randomly contact fairly experienced editors who haven't recently participated in Wikipedia space to come and participate in particular discussions.

Random Jury Bot would work by selecting editors who are currently at least somewhat active, with over ten edits in the last ten days. Experienced in that they have over 500 edits, but who haven't yet participated in particular types of discussions.

Every day Random Jury Bot would post talkpage messages to a small number of random editors, with messages along the lines of

Hi {{BASEPAGENAME}} I'm random jury bot and I've randomly selected you as one of a small number of experienced Wikipedians who might be willing to cast an additional independent eye on the discussion at (link to Tomorrow's DYK hooks), or link to current RFA or a reposted AFD.
