Companies selling satellite bandwidth?

Is there such a thing? I had a chat with a guy a while ago and he mentioned his company sells (rents?) satellite bandwidth to corporate customers. Is that a thing? Maybe I'm misremembering but it had something to do with selling satellite access. If it does exist, what would that company's product be called? (If Microsoft sells software and hardware, for example.)

Content-ID

According to RFC2392[1], does every email attachment need a valid Content-ID field? Or do only attachments referenced by embedded references require Content-ID?

Context:

I'm using this Ruby gem[2] to create emails. Using mail 2.6.1, I produced this email, in which the attachment, even though it's not referenced by anything, contains a Content-ID field:

Is the email produced using mail 2.7.1 still within specifications when though the attachment does not have a Content-ID field? Mũeller (talk) 12:46, 17 March 2019 (UTC)

The state of the Blender

I need to draw a project that at the first glance is what the Blender software (Blender.org v. 2.78) supposed to be for. However some careful reading reveals unexpected problems. The Blender forums [3] are read only now and the latest post is from 2013. The software is of Dutch origin. What is the state of Blender now? Is there any replacement?

I tried to use brute force to draw figures but it did not work so far.
