It's been driving me nuts!!
Thanks! It Is Me Here t / c 03:42, 31 July 2012 (UTC)
- Mostly in 4/4 with an inserted 2/4 bar (or a 6/4, depending on how you hear it) at the end of each chorus, but not in 3/4. ---Sluzzelin talk 03:45, 31 July 2012 (UTC)
- Thank you, but how did you tell? Do you have any advice on how to tell the time signature if you are only able to listen to the music, and not look at its sheet music or anything? Thanks. It Is Me Here t / c 05:25, 6 August 2012 (UTC)
Article on Christian Bach
editI saw a picture of Christian Bach in an article in a particular magazine several months ago. She was wearing boots, black sunglasses, and I think a brown jacket. However, I cannot find this article nowadays. Can anyone else please find it? Futurist110 (talk) 06:00, 31 July 2012 (UTC)
- Would you settle for just boots and sunglasses ? [1]. StuRat (talk) 07:32, 31 July 2012 (UTC)
- Unfortunately No, since it's not the article that I'm looking for. Thank you anyway, though. Futurist110 (talk) 01:40, 1 August 2012 (UTC)
Dialogues in animation
editHow should I call the act of recording dialogues before making animation? Is there any article of it? I thought it's called "prescoring"? JSH-alive/talk/cont/mail 16:05, 31 July 2012 (UTC)
- I can't speak to all forms of animation, but it's just voice recording so far as I know. Mingmingla (talk) 17:48, 31 July 2012 (UTC)
- Maybe "prerecording", as is typically done with cartoon voice tracks and also with musical tracks. ←Baseball Bugs What's up, Doc? carrots→ 22:17, 31 July 2012 (UTC)
How do they steer the boats ? StuRat (talk) 20:22, 31 July 2012 (UTC)
- Depends on the event. In some they steer as usual in rowing - by pulling harder on one side to go the other (a hard pull on a right oar stroke will change the orientation of the boat slightly to the left). In other events there is usually a rudder cable hooked around someone's leg/foot. There isn't much in Rowing_(sport)#Steering. Nanonic (talk) 20:49, 31 July 2012 (UTC)
- Coxswain (rowing)#Steering_the_vessel is helpful for the coxed events. - Karenjc 20:52, 31 July 2012 (UTC)

- That's probably not considered notable enough to be in an article, which means it might be deleted. However, if you'd like to record it on your home page, that would be fine (pick here to go there: Paulz58). We allow a certain amount of personal data on your home page, and those scores shouldn't take up much room. StuRat (talk) 07:40, 1 August 2012 (UTC)
- We do have a Newcastle Rugby League article, which could do with a bit of expansion. League season results might fit in nicely for whatever seasons you have, but probably not your personal playing record (unless you have everyone else's records to add, too).
