I propose that "questions" like this, which give us virtually nothing to go on, be summarily deleted. Worst case scenario: The OP knows absolutely zero English. So why are they coming to the English Wikipedia Reference Desk, rather than one closer to their own language? The OP may not have sinister motives, or they may, but either way the effect is indistinguishable from a troll, because we expend our energies and time in just establishing what the question is, let alone answering it.
