Question about Rolling Stone's readers

edit

Good evening, I have a question, a curiosity: are the rankings of RS, surveys, etc., drawn up by American readers alone, or are the surveys also extended to readers from the rest of the world? I took one at random: let me know, thank you. https://www.rollingstone.com/music/music-lists/rolling-stone-readers-pick-the-best-lead-singers-of-all-time-19450/

The obvious address for the question is the office of Rolling Stone magazine whose contact details are given at https://www.rollingstone.com/contact/. Their statement "Last weekend we asked our readers to vote for their favorite lead singers" suggests that votes are counted from every country where the magazine is sold.
