editCuriosity (repeated finals), thanks
editHello. I have a small question; before penalty shoot-outs were introduced, matches were repeated. Agreed, but did the single ticket, purchased also apply to the possible repetition? Thank you very much. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 93.41.96.190 (talk) 13:50, 2 July 2022 (UTC)
- In what sport? --jpgordon𝄢𝄆𝄐𝄇 20:25, 2 July 2022 (UTC)
- I'm guessing they mean association football. Paragraph three here FA Cup Final#History has a brief mention. More detailed info is here Replay (sports)#Association football. Neither mentions the fan ticket situation though. I have a vague memory from long ago that a fan showing their ticket stub (remember those) would be admitted to the replay - but that might have only applied to the final that I was watching.
