1. Why was my bio removed, what was the "copyright infringment?"

I'm not aware of all the protocol here, but I just looked for the page that bore my name and it was taken down by Verno Whitney and I was wondering why, and what happened to all the work that was posted there?

I am a Los Angeles-based film and TV composer and performing songwriter with numerous credits so I'm not sure what the problem could have been. All the facts that were on the page were true.

Again, perhaps there's something about Wikipedia I don't understand, but I have numerous friends who have pages here so I'm wondering what is different about mine.

Since I'm not a frequent user of WP, could you do me the favor of an email response since I'm not sure how to access talk, chat, or messages here.

@Garystockdale: As I've said in an email to you, this does not appear to be an appropriate case for mediation. The Mediation Guide states: "Only disagreements over the content of an article will be mediated." Your concern seems to be about a copyright violation related to some content you added to Wikipedia. I note that you asked for help with this at User talk:Garystockdale and two editors have responded to your query. That seems to be an appropriate avenue to get answers related to your concern.
