When you are ready, you need to click the colored button in the template at the top of the page that says "Submit your draft for review!" You will at least need to convert to English! Akwasi Frimpong

Akwasi Frimpong is currently the first Ghanaian skeleton athlete, and is active on the international competition circuit. The choice to delete his article because he is a "non-notable athlete" is invalid. He is also head of BSF-Ghana, the Olympic bobsled and skeleton federation. Please reconsider this deletion. -George Ho (talk) 19:26, 15 December 2016 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by KMNeely (talkcontribs) 18:52, 15 December 2016 (UTC)

Georgia for Georgians

I am asking for the recently deleted Georgia for Georgians article to be userfied to my userspace. This was suggested in the AfD closing summary [1], and the closer, Sandstein, has asked that I bring the request here. Tiptoethrutheminefield (talk) 03:58, 13 December 2016 (UTC) -Tiptoethrutheminefield (talk) 03:58, 13 December 2016 (UTC)

The article was grossly misquoting poorly selected references to imply something that didn't actually exist. The notability of the slogan has never been questioned, only the existence of such policy. The article was so bad that the only single editor was actively defending it during the AfD discussion. One editor noticed Tiptoethrutheminefield's POV-pushing intent during the discussion [2]. Tiptoethrutheminefield then used the phrase Georgia's lies during the discussion [3]. Another editor became suspicious of the article's intentions [4]. Tiptoethrutheminefield left similar anti-Georgian comments here [5] proving his strong animosity towards Georgia.
After the article was deleted, George Ho, the editor who suggested move to draftspace during the discussion, became concerned about Tiptoethrutheminefield's intentions [6] [7] [8] [9]. Then George Ho told Tiptoethrutheminefield that there was no more need for the article's revival [10], because Georgian nationalism was created in its place as suggested in the AfD. Tiptoethrutheminefield then removed the entire section from his talk page to hide both his WP:IDHT attitude and his dislike for Sandstein [11]. Tiptoethrutheminefield was sanctioned in the past for edit-warring on the articles related to Georgia [12]. You've erred by giving tendentious editor access to the anti-Georgian propaganda article. I advise that you revert your decision to restore attack page before it's too late. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Integrist (talkcontribs) 09:23, 13 December 2016 (UTC)
The userspace draft can be edited by anyone including you. Tiptoethrutheminefield does not "own" the page. But please do not start edit warring with Tiptoethrutheminefield. The talk page of the page is also available for discussion, such as what you posted above. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 11:16, 13 December 2016 (UTC)
Thank you for the userfying, Graeme. I doubt that "Integrist" will be doing any editing - theirs is a single issue account, recently created (but, as pointed out by Sandstein, one with a puzzling awareness of editing procedures), and their editing so far has been confined to making one AfD proposal (for the article just userfied) and the bad faith comments made here (which, for a newly created account with only six edits to their name, again displays a strange awareness of Wikipedia jargon, terminologies, diffs, edit histories, knowledge of newly created articles, an ability to stalk and monitor, and so on). I think it safe to say that Integrist has either another more active account under another username or is a sock of a blocked user. Tiptoethrutheminefield (talk) 15:39, 13 December 2016 (UTC)
Blocked. Obvious sock is obvious. Guy (Help!) 23:08, 15 December 2016 (UTC)

Tinywarz

The reason I want this undeleted is because there is a lot of info on this wiki. The game is not active as it once was, but it is still active and there is a lot of useful info that has been lost. I request it be undeleted for one week, so at this time I can archive the info and post it no a personal site to be archived for the game. I am not asking for it to be up forever, but I just wish to collect the data for the small active community we have. The info would also be good for the new players we get from time to time. I tried to contract the admin that deleted the page on his/her talk page with no reply. -Dfencenking (talk) 14:54, 15 December 2016 (UTC)

Yago Roche

Hello, a few weeks ago I made the page of an artist called Yago Roche Spanish who has sounded on MTVLA, has been nominated for several prizes in Spain and with many news on the network and the user Yintan ordered to "eliminate quickly" without being able to argue Nothing and I consider that the page should be activated again, please consider restoring it. Page was marked as Proposed Deletion but I hadn't had an opportunity to review or improve the page - --ShayminCat (talk) 19:32, 10 December 2016 (UTC)

If I remember correctly I tagged it for an A7 speedy deletion. I've also tried to explain the reasons for this in a discussion with ShayminCat on my Talk page. Yintan  21:33, 10 December 2016 (UTC)
In this case you should ask user talk:Bbb23 as it was both nominated and deleted under speedy delete criterion A7. If there is prize information then perhaps this could be added to a draft. But a nomination for a prize does not mean that much unless independent writers covered it. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 12:41, 11 December 2016 (UTC)

Reply Shaymin , I really don't know who to argue the restoration of the page if Yintan, Bbb23 or Graeme Bartlett, but I would like it to be whoever they restore it because having more than 3 years in music and being a member of the Spanish band sponsored by the Backstreet boys I think the page should be. In reference to the "discussion" page, I was never notified either in my user page or in the one I created of Yago Roche had I argued the reason for the creation. I hope you please restore it.--ShayminCat (talk) 02:07, 12 December 2016 (UTC)

@ShayminCat: Exactly which inclusion criteria in WP:MUSICBIO does Yago Roche meet? If you can verify that he meets one of them, I would restore the article to draft space for improvement. ~Anachronist (talk) 17:26, 12 December 2016 (UTC)
@Anachronist: Thank you very much for your attention and your availability, I can demonstrate and argue why :Iago should use the BIOMUSIC, according to the criteria.
Yago was a member of the Boyband "clover", the band had much repercussion in 2014, they were sponsored by the Backstreet boys in one of the events of the most important radio in Spain called Los40, they were number one in itunes and there are many notes in the Press, now he is with the label Universal Music according to his twitter because the band has separated, I think he should have the restoration of the wikipedia, would be a good Christmas gift since he deserves to have the wikipedia.
--ShayminCat (talk) 03:10, 16 December 2016 (UTC)
@ShayminCat: How does any of that meet criteria in WP:MUSICBIO? Addressing your points one by one:
  • Clover (band) is a notable band that has its own Wikipediia article but Yago Roche isn't mentioned. He was never a member of that band. According to the criteria, Yago must have been a member of two independently notable bands.
  • Sponsorship by another band isn't a criterion for inclusion.
  • iTunes is a sales outlet. It isn't any country's national chart, and it isn't a criterion for notability. This has been discussed in the talk page archives at Wikipedia talk:Notability (music).
  • What notes in the press? Please provide examples, even if they aren't in English. Trivial mentions, directory or program listings, and interviews don't count. He must be the subject of in-depth coverage by multiple reliable sources.
  • Being with the Universal Music label is a good sign, but he still needs to release two albums under a notable label, according to WP:MUSICBIO. How many albums has he released?
  • We don't have articles on musicians or bands as a favor to them, we have articles on notable subjects.
I am sorry but I am not convinced this musician is notable according to the evidence you have presented. ~Anachronist (talk) 06:18, 16 December 2016 (UTC)

James Santee

It appears that he was deleted uncontroversially as a non-notable skater. This may have been an error stemming from the difficulty of finding sources for pre-1990s skaters. This file was deleted by Courcelles (talk · contribs) in 2010 because it lacked permission. Courcelles is inactive at the moment. I believe the image is actually an own work by the uploader, but because of its age and the editor's inactivity fell through the cracks. The uploader, EnglishElectric (talk · contribs), attributed all his uploads to "Ian Threlfall." It wasn't uncommon at the time for pseudonymous editors to use their real names when uploading images. He explicitly tagged most of his uploads (most easily seen in his deleted contributions) as his own work. I think this is just an oversight on his part and he actually created the image. -Mackensen (talk) 16:38, 17 December 2016 (UTC)

This is a band which has had multiple hit songs on Canadian rock radio. The article author apparently requested deletion yesterday, but this is clearly a notable musical group per WP:MUSIC. Neshaminy Creek Brewing Company

This page was WP:SOFTDELETE'd here due to insufficient notability. Since last year, there have been some mentions by reliable sources beyond the fleeting mentions in local papers that there were last year.

  • Forbes: ... "Jeremy Myers, who co-owns suburban Philadelphia’s hugely popular Neshaminy Creek Brewing, feels confident that Origlio won’t lose him in the shuffle over from Bella Vista. As one of Bella’s top three most lucrative breweries, Neshaminy had been eyed by Origlio for quite some time, Myers says."
  • Philadelphia Business Journal: "Neshaminy Creek opening brewery, tasting room by Fillmore in Fishtown"
  • Philly Voice: "Another new brewery is coming to Fishtown: Neshaminy Creek Brewing Co. taproom set to open in fall of 2016"

There has been some other coverage, including two medals at the GABF, as well as being mentioned as involved in a couple of other regional beer festivals. In any case, I think on the strength of the Forbes, PBJ and Voice articles, this should be enough to push from NN to notable. -Ich (talk) 10:50, 18 December 2016 (UTC)

He is a notable player with dual nationality and has been offered to play for the Canadian National Soccer Team. He has signed for Toronto FC of the MLS but registered as a TFC II player because of the MLS homegrown player policy and his desire to play overseas conflicted with it. Since the article you are here about was deleted after a discussion took place at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Resul Hasan Ertaş, it cannot be undeleted through this process. However, if you believe that the outcome of the discussion did not reflect the consensus of the participants, or that significant new information has come to light since the article was deleted, you may contact the administrator who closed the discussion, user The Bushranger (talk · contribs). • @Jcreighton199: This will not be done, as you've given us reason to believe that it is a hoax. Recently you created Draft:Diagnosed (TV Series), in which you claim that you are creating and producing a serial drama that will air in a few weeks on CBC - in which you will also star. You make some pretty lofty claims with that article, one of which is that the show will have some major star power in that it'll have Sandra Oh and Wendy Crewson. This isn't including guest stars such as Matthew Perry and Rachel McAdams. A search for the show's title and Crewson's name brings up nothing, which is highly suspicious given that the show will air very soon. Basically, I believe that this - and likely the article you wrote on yourself - is a hoax, given that it's extremely unlikely that CBC would invest money in a show and not advertise it and its stars. It's also unlikely that they would immediately sign off on 30 episodes, as most television networks tend to go season by season in order to preserve as much money as possible. That most TV companies are unlikely to create a show for a pretty much untested 21-year-old goes without saying. If they did do this, they'd have advertised it because not advertising an upcoming show is extremely unwise, as they want to ensure that they make their money. Barophobia

In the deletion rationale, the administrator, Tokyogirl79, pointed to this page for undeletion requests. Also, barophobia is linked at List of phobias#B. - Paine Ellsworth  u/c 10:57, 17 December 2016 (UTC)

To clarify, I would like to see this title as a redirect to Fear of falling, not as an article in its own right, so I'm not sure that bringing it here was the correct thing to do. The article was deleted in accordance with WP:CSD#A7 (no assertion of significance) and earlier in accordance with WP:CSD#G11 (unambiguous promotion). Articles deleted for either of those reasons are ineligible for restoration by request here.
Each article stands or falls on its own merits independent of other articles that may exist. It appears from 41st British Columbia general election that there are three candidates vying for the position. Of those, only one has a Wikipedia article, and it has existed for six years because that person's notability is well established in accordance with Wikipedia:Notability (people). ~Anachronist (talk) 23:38, 20 December 2016 (UTC)

Oh, so I can submit a request? Got it! Thanks! — Preceding unsigned comment added by BretteMullins (talkcontribs) 00:04, 21 December 2016 (UTC)

@BretteMullins: No you don't get it.
You may write an article in your sandbox, or in draft space (like Draft:Brette Mullins) and follow the instructions at Wikipedia:Articles for creation to submit your article for review. For the article to be approved, it must not be promotional, and it must demonstrate that you are notable by Wikipedia's definition. For a very brief overview of what is expected, see Wikipedia:Golden rule. Also, keep in mind that there are no deadlines here. It can be a month or two before a reviewer assesses your draft article. ~Anachronist (talk) 02:56, 21 December 2016 (UTC)

@Anachronist: Thanks for the response. Yes, I know the people at Sonasoft for over ten years through family. I am not paid to do this. Is that an acceptable disclosure? In appreciation.

This page was objective, well connected (de-orphaned), thorough, and accurate. It was deleted I believe under the pretense of a previous deletion, but the only reason the one before was was because I didn't know at the time how to respond to/address the comments - which I did rectify recently. I put in an exceptional amount of time researching the organization and producing original writing on it, and I believe it contributed to the Wikipedia community well - and would serve as the first of many future contributions for local organizations. Thank you. -Mabusaif (talk) 18:02, 21 December 2016 (UTC)

Adryenn Ashley

Page was deleted because contact was not considered notable. Below is a list of sites featuring Adryenn Ashley and/or her work. Based on the volume of these sites, as well as the notability of many of the sites themselves, Adryenn Ashley's has more than enough to be considered notable and her page should be reinstated.

Mike.edgette To summarize the concerns, what you've listed here is still only PR, listings, interviews and announcements, none of this inherits her automatic notability regardless, and none of this comes close to what our notability policies need. SwisterTwister talk 23:07, 21 December 2016 (UTC)
SwisterTwister These sources were enough to consider Adryenn Ashley 'notable' previously, as she qualified for a Wikipedia page. If none of these sources come close to what your notability polices are, then why did she have a page to begin with? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mike.edgette (talkcontribs) 23:25, 21 December 2016 (UTC)
  • Mike.edgette A page being added to Wikipedia does not mean that Ashley met notability guidelines, it just meant that someone added her to Wikipedia. Anyone can add a page to Wikipedia, however in order to stay on Wikipedia the page will have to assert how the topic (in this case a person) would pass notability guidelines. This page was deleted several times on Wikipedia and I note that it was even deleted in 2005 and 2006, when notability guidelines were at their weakest and it was relatively easy for people to pass GNG.
Now something I do have to ask: what are your ties to Ashley? I ask because I've found evidence that suggests that you are likely a marketing/PR person that was hired to create an article for her. There have also been concerns that you might be related to a person (or a small group of people) that were previously blocked on Wikipedia and are trying to evade a block. I do have to share in some of this concern since a look at the deleted article history for Ashley's article shows that in the past there were "sockpuppets" that attempted to re-create and edit the page. To put things bluntly, the past history of the article suggests that Ashley (or one of her representatives) have hired people on at least two occasions to try and add her to Wikipedia and on one of the last few recreations the article was created by an undisclosed paid editor who was blocked for opening multiple accounts to evade a block. You might not be part of what happened previously, but the impression here is that you are one of the most recent people that were hired to create a page. It's possible that you were hired and were not told about what happened during the previous attempts to create the article, but that's kind of a moot point and you would still be required to find sourcing that would resolve the concerns of notability.
Because of the past activity on the article you really need to be as transparent about this as possible and I highly, highly urge you to review WP:COI and go through one of the training programs like WP:ADVENTURE. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 05:28, 22 December 2016 (UTC)
Tokyogirl79 Makes sense - learning more as I go, here. I understand your concern but I am not being paid or acting as a "sockpuppet." Ashley is a friend and I volunteered to assist her with her issue. But neither I, nor my place of employment, are being paid for this assistance. I appreciate your feedback, it was very helpful.
