I'm a student of the Hebrew language. I came to Wikipedia mainly to learn more about authors and works in that language and to practice the language by translating articles on those topics from the Hebrew edition. If I take up other interests on Wikipedia in a big way, I might keep those activities quite separate by using a different name. (To avoid any appearance of using a "sock puppet", I wouldn't have the two accounts participate in any of the same activities.) I started in 2005, so I'm not really new here. I hope I'm not barred from enjoying the Teahouse. After about a year of heavier activity, I became less active because I welcomed new members into my family.
