Knowledge is power. I am a PhD in Cell and Molecular Biology, but I am interested in pretty much anything. I love to acquire bits of knowledge to make new connections between two entirely unrelated fields.

I am a retired management professional with 34 years of in-depth experience in Management field. I am in fact preparing curriculum for a course recently coined by me as Ethics Management. One Academic agency in UK wanted me to contribute an article to them as a test case to make me an online writer for them. I did use the materials from Wikipedia as the reference for my detailed analysis. But they rejected my article saying that I should not have used the materials from Wikipedia. I was really upset by their attitude. They did not appreciate the analysis made by me. For everything, they wanted "academic reference". I consider Wikipedia as a store house of information gathered by many authors from reliable sources. In fact I am really interested in contributing my articles which are new thoughts/new innovations in management field. For teaching my theory, I use logic and my own experiences in management field. I also quote from the Bible to illustrate some management functions. I believe more in practice than in theory or academy.

I am doing a systematic review of the English language entries on medieval Arab rulers to ensure article level coherence and cross-article consistency, repairing links, adding new entries for rulers where there is currently no entry, and tidying up clunky translations from other languages.

"Wars of endless retaliation kill not only people but also the systems that grow food, deliver clean water, and heal the sick; they destroy beauty, they extinguish species, they increase desperation."
