Keep -
  1. Template has 5 articles that do not all link to one another without the navbox
  2. Posthumous (EP) does not link to Each Breath Haunted nor Frailty (The Banner album) without the navbox
  3. Each Breath Haunted does not link to Frailty (The Banner album) without the navbox
  4. Frailty (The Banner album) does not link to Posthumous (EP) nor Each Breath Haunted without the navbox

You mean, by now there are five links. You added the fifth only after writing here that there were 5 links. As you do almost everytime when you come with meagre templates. And secondly, they have only 3 studio albums, not 4 as nr. 2 is never released. And you forget the EP's. I am sorry to say it again: please improve the quality of your work. Better a few good quality templates done, then many dodgy templates. The Banner talk 17:46, 15 September 2012 (UTC) And do not claim them months in advance...  [reply]
Comment - No, I mean that the template had 5 links [The Banner (band), Posthumous (EP), Your Murder Mixtape, Each Breath Haunted, Frailty (The Banner album)] pretty much from the creation of the navbox. As of late, I have refrained from claiming the article names in advance.--Jax 0677 (talk) 18:12, 15 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I guess we will clash a few times more due to our disagreement to count or not count the backlink to the subject. The Banner talk 19:18, 15 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Comment - After several weeks, no one has proven that the parent article does not count toward the "rule of 5" in NENAN, therefore, the status quo likely prevails in this case. Trace Bundy was kept with four articles, and the ensemble has musicians that have been members of two notable bands.--Jax 0677 (talk) 20:42, 15 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
On the other hand, no one has proven that the parent article does really count toward the "rule of 5" in NENAN. As is an essay, there is no reason to accept it as a rule. It is just an argument. The Banner talk 21:07, 15 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Reply - Assuming that NENAN and the "rule of 5" are rules, based on your logic, I can say that no one has proven that the links in addition to the parent article count toward the "rule of 5" in NENAN. If this were the case, then there would be no templates at all.
Assuming that NENAN and the "rule of 5" are guidelines and not rules, why is Template:The Banner at TfD at all?--Jax 0677 (talk) 22:13, 15 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
