- The effort to orphan the tamplate by replacing it with general settlement template for North Korean provinces introduced errors. Their subdivision_name were incorrectly set as South Korea e.g. [1][2]. That is probably what Pldx1's "mixing North Korea and South Korea" comment refers to.
