These four templates have been designed to each be a single-use template to group navboxes in the footers of 2015 College Football Playoff National Championship, 2016 College Football Playoff National Championship, 2017 College Football Playoff National Championship, and 2018 College Football Playoff National Championship, respectively. As single-use templates, by design, there's no reason for theses template to exist, as their code could merely be placed on the target articles instead. Furthermore, the style rendered by these templates is non-standard and should be discussed before implementing. Jweiss11 (talk) 18:50, 16 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

There's no such thing as the Australian national cricket team squad and any such template would be WP:OR. TripleRoryFan (talk) 11:22, 16 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Adding five similar templates I found:

The result of the discussion was do not merge, but delete the Historical information needed template. Plastikspork ―Œ(talk) 00:13, 28 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Propose merging Template:Historical information needed with Template:Recentism.
I don't see a difference between this and the more popular {{Recentism}}. Let's just merge them.  — Mr. Guye (talk) (contribs)  03:31, 16 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

A flat list of brands in the form of a template. All individuals are nn. The template comes across as possibly promotional, as the only purpose appears cross-linking all of the investments by Bertelsmann#Bertelsmann_Investments, which strikes me as not suitable for a template. The companies are not related apart from having received an investment from the same source. K.e.coffman (talk) 03:09, 16 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
