editI'm translating over from JP wiki, but I'm having a hard time deciding what to do with stuff like 公地公民制 - literally it means "Public Land Public Citizen Laws," - should I translate the name of the laws? Keep the title in romaji as kouchikouminsei? I'm also unsure what to do with 太政官布告 Konamaiki 05:24, 12 September 2007 (UTC)
