- Enforcement policy changes, June 2010
- Wikipedia:Administrators
- In WP:ADMIN#Involved admins, added: "Involvement is generally construed very broadly by the community, to include current or past conflicts with an editor(s) and disputes on topics, regardless of the nature, age, or outcome of that dispute."
- In WP:ADMIN#History, added: "A modern clarification of this statement would be that while the correct use of the tools and appropriate conduct is considered very important, merely "being an administrator" is not."
- Changed WP:ADMIN#Removal of adminship (desysopping) to: WP:ADMIN#Review and removal of adminship
- New subsection: WP:ADMIN# Arbitration Committee review
- In WP:ADMIN#Requests for comment on administrator conduct, reduced text to: "Misuse of administrator access or behavior that is incompatible with adminship may result in an involuntary request for comment on administrator conduct. Administrators who fail to satisfactorily respond to community feedback are likely to become the subject of an Arbitration Committee review - see below."
- Wikipedia:Blocking policy
- In WP:BLOCK#Temporary circumstances unblocks, removed: "As a form of discretionary sanction,"
- Wikipedia:Protection policy
- Significant changes throughout since May
- Wikipedia:Sock puppetry
- In the introduction, removed: "(see WP:CLEANSTART)"
- In WP:SOCK#Inappropriate uses of alternate accounts, removed: "Making a clean start with a new account, but then engaging in disputes with editors your old account was in dispute with; or turning up at pages you used to edit with the old account while denying any connection to it—this is particularly inappropriate if the article or edits are contentious."
- In WP:SOCK#Legitimate uses, removed: [A clean start is permitted only if there are no bans, blocks or active sanctions in place against your old account,] " and so long as no active deception is involved, particularly on pages that the old account used to edit. That is, you should not turn up on a page you edited as User:A to continue the same editing pattern, this time as User:B—particularly while denying any connection to User:A, or if the edits or subject matter are contentious. You should also not, as User:B, engage in disputes you engaged in as User:A—whether they are disputes about articles, project-space issues, or other editors—without making clear that you are the same person."
- Wikipedia:Vandalism
- In WP:VANDAL#Obstinate (template and CSS) vandalism, removed: "Only a small number of editors with special powers above administrators have the ability to modify edit summaries"
