This gallery includes userbox templates about collegiate sororities and fraternities. You may place any of these userboxes on your user page. Some of these templates have multiple options, so visit the template for further information.
Notes to userbox creators:
- This page is for collegiate social and service sororities and fraternities. Collegiate academic sororities and fraternies, including professioinal interest and honor society templates can be placed on Wikipedia:userboxes/Education#Leadership, academic honor and professional societies
- Userboxes listed here should be created in Template space and should begin with "User." There is no need to move any of these userboxes from Template space as part of userbox migration since they are in a category that will not require movement.
- Userboxes listed here are, where applicable, grouped together by the international/national umbrella organization to which they belong. Single chapter, or local, sororities and fraternities are grouped by nation.
- Alphabetization within each section is by the official name of the organization and follows, where possible, the letter order of the Greek alphabet.
- Please limit listing to one userbox per organization. If you have an idea for changing a particular userbox, please use the template's talk page to suggest changes, or perhaps you could be bold.
- All new userboxes in this category should conform to certain standards:
- Please do not include fair-use images, including logos, in your userboxes. Doing so violates Criteria Nine of the Wikipedia Fair Use Policy and will be removed. Although you may see many such logos in userboxes elsewhere, that doesn't make it OK. There are many classy examples below that might inspire you.
- Your userbox should be categorized into Category:Fraternity and sorority user templates.
- Your userbox should contain "nocat" code allowing pages to contain the box without being categorized.
- See any of the templates below for examples.
