- @Katie stella: Wikipedia is not the place to "get the word out" about something new. The only suitable article topics are those that already have received significant attention by the world at large and over a period of time. Wikipedia is not for marketing, promotion, or public relations. Worldbruce (talk) 10:03, 7 December 2015 (UTC)

editI have created a draft on Instant Hedges, as I have noticed that its a phrase that is used regularly in the Horticulture industry, where I have just started working. However, I was wondering whether, as draft article has had the subject's notability has been questioned. Should it become a section of the existing hedges (hedgerow) wiki listing. Thank you for your advice, all editors have been helpful (if leaving me frustrated sometimes!). Pracbrown (talk) 12:15, 7 December 2015 (UTC)
- @Pracbrown: I would go for improving the existing article Fiddle Faddle 14:45, 7 December 2015 (UTC)
- @Pracbrown: Timtrent's advice is perfectly sound, but understand that there's no single right answer to your question. A lot of the content of Draft:Instant Hedge overlaps with Hedge, so to me it would make sense to develop the topic within article Hedge and only split it out if and when it becomes substantial enough to stand on its own. You might solicit opinions and assistance at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Horticulture and Gardening. Hedge is a highly important topic to that project, and in much need of improvement, being rated only start class. Worldbruce (talk) 18:39, 7 December 2015 (UTC)

Hey dear i want to edit my article after your acceptance
- @Umar Dx Shah: Hello, and welcome to the Help Desk. It appears the draft you are working on is an autobiography with details about yourself. This sort of content is not suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia's main article space, given the notability criteria that must be demonstrated for articles about people. However, as mentioned on the draft page, you are welcome to make your own personal user page at User:Umar Dx Shah where you can put this information about yourself. Thanks, /wia /tlk 16:20, 7 December 2015 (UTC)
