Hello User:MichaelSunBeijing, the problem is right now what you're citing are not independent sources. You're citing his Facebook, his employer's page, and works written by him. That is not how biographies work. What you must show is that other people write about him and his importance. I strongly advise you read WP:Notability (people) which explains what kind of sourcing we need.
Also, please try to give your citations as footnotes rather than just pasting them in the text. It just takes a moment to fix this, I'll do the first one or two for you as an example. Note that I did (in Edit mode you can see how I add "ref" tags), or check out WP:Referencing for beginners. Please fix these two issues, then click Resubmit. How do I upload a photo for my article? I used Advanced/Insert/Photo Gallery and nothing seems to be happening, there is no upload button. Thanks!

Cmodreanu (talk) 23:55, 1 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

@Cmodreanu: The photo gallery function assumes that the images you want to use have already been uploaded to Wikipedia or Wikimedia Commons. There's no need to add the image before your article is reviewed. Assuming that the images that you want to use were either taken by you or are published under an appropriate free license, you can upload them once your article has been accepted. --Ahecht (TALK
